Fees

Room Rate

Rooms have two beds and are $109.00 per night + 14% tax ($125.50) for up to two people.

You must register with the hotel after you have received your registration Confirmation.  Click here for more information.

Please note: We are waiting for the hotel to load the easy registration link. You must use this link or the phone number to be provided (soon!) in order to get the reduced group guest room rate.

Event Registration Fee

Registration costs $95 per person | This free increases to $115 after June 15th!

Payment Options

Preferred method of payment is via PayPal.  This is the fastest way to confirm your spot! PayPal accepts all major credit cards ~ OR ~ funds can be taken from your preferred bank account.  PayPal is very user friendly. Money orders are also accepted - but it s recommended that you track the shipment - you will not be registered until the money order has been processed. (Please NO Western Union Money Orders due to fraud issues).

Remember: your registration confirmation will not be confirmed until these payment options are received and payment cleared.  Upon receipt of payment, you will receive an email confirmation and your name will be added to the guest list.

Liability Policy

Your comfort and safety are of top priority, but we are required to inform you of our policy with regards to liability and responsibility. Individuals who do not agree to this policy will not be registered for the event. By completing the payment and registration you fully understand and accept that all activities undertaken at the ART for All 2014: Rochester event are at your own risk. You are aware that organizers of ART for All 2014: Rochester , (Its owners, staff, and volunteer planners) are not responsible for any loss, injury, death or damage to any person or property sustained whilst engaged in any activity at the ART for All 2014: Rochester event and waive any right that you have to claim compensation against the organizers in respect to any loss, up to and including, injury, death or damage incurred whilst engaged in any activity for the duration of ART for All 2014: Rochester   event howsoever arising and whether as a result of negligence or otherwise, and you indemnify them against all claims.

Cencellation Policy 

If you find that you’re unable to attend for unforeseen reasons, and would like to cancel your registration, you must contact Andrea Melione at andrea2000 (at) gmail (dot) com prior to June 8th for a refund. 10% of the registration fee will be held to cover return expenses. Any cancellations after June 8th are NON-REFUNDABLE. In the case of unforeseen circumstances, including acts of God, war, strikes, terrorist attacks, government coup, national emergencies, second coming of Christ, or zombie apocalypse which would cause the event to be cancelled, ART for All 2014: Rochester reserves the right to reschedule the event to a later date to be determined.

Registration: First come, First Serve 

Please note that by filling out this form, you have completed the first of two steps in the registration process. Individuals will be registered on a first come, first serve basis. You will be contacted short with additional information. If the space limit has been reached you have the option to be placed on a waiting list in the order you registered. Spots are only guaranteed at the time of receipt of payment. Space is limited to 25 spots.  The number of spots will be extended  (not to exceed 30)  if the block quota has NOT been reached. If the registration list is full, you can reserve a spot on the waiting list buy filling out the registration form (see link at the top).
